LOS ANGELES FASHION/APPAREL COMPANY MANUFACTURING FACE MASKS TO ASSIST IN LOCAL COVID-19 EFFORT

Los Angeles -- April 27, 2020: With Love, MILA (Made in Los Angeles), a local apparel company that has experienced exponential growth in recent years, has halted production on their clothing line to focus entirely on manufacturing face masks for the community. In an effort to assist in the COVID-19 pandemic relief effort and directly support first responders, MILA will donate one face mask (to a first responder individual or organization) for every 5-pack of face masks purchased. Face masks are available via withlovemila.com in packages of 5 or 10.
Earlier this month, the Los Angeles Times reported that, "The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now advising Americans to voluntarily wear a basic cloth or fabric face mask when they go out to help curb the spread of the new coronavirus." United States Surgeon General, Jerome Adams, also stated, "Now that it’s clear asymptomatic people are spreading the virus, U.S. health officials decided everyone should wear cloth face coverings in places such as grocery stores and pharmacies."
Given the recent health recommendations, the founders of MILA felt compelled to do their part to assist in the effort by ensuring that Los Angeles residents and those throughout the country have access to quality face masks at affordable prices. And, as MILA Co-Founder, Rafael Vardumian, noted, donating to the first responders simply felt like the right thing to do. "Business takes a backseat to the health and well-being of our community for now," he said.
About With Love, MILA: MILA (Made In Los Angeles) is an apparel company that has shifted its focus from modern fashion to sanitary breathing needs in the midst of a world pandemic. MILA is a proactive company that cares about its customers, its local community, and the heroes on the front lines fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s why, every time an order for a package of our new sanitary and washable/ reusable protective face masks is placed, we will donate one face mask in return to first a responder individual or organization. The goal is for our purchase/donation model to be a means of extending gratitude to our costumers and first responders -- an effort that we hope will benefit everyone during this difficult time. With each purchase, we will include your name and a personalized message along with the face mask donated to a first responder.
